support@hafory.lt1. Send a request
Email us from the address associated with your Hafory account using the subject “Hafory account deletion”. Specify whether you want the whole account or selected data deleted. If you no longer have access to that email, contact us to discuss another ownership check. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or identity documents in advance.
2. What happens next
We verify account ownership before deleting data. Full deletion covers your account, personal inventory, documents, photos, locations, warranties, reminders and notifications, except data that must legally be retained. We explain exceptions and backup timelines in our response. Requests are currently handled individually; there is no automatic whole-account deletion button.
3. Before deletion
Save any documents you need. You can also request a copy of your data. Completed deletion may be irreversible. We normally respond within one month and explain any lawful extension.
4. Disconnecting Facebook
Remove Hafory in Facebook Settings under Apps and Websites to disconnect it. This does not itself delete your Hafory account or inventory. Request deletion at support@hafory.lt. Contact us before disconnecting if Facebook is your only sign-in method.
5. Disconnecting Google
In your Google account’s third-party connections, select Hafory or hafory.lt and remove the sign-in connection. This does not delete your Hafory account or inventory. If Google is your only sign-in method, contact us or request deletion before disconnecting it.
6. Disconnecting Apple
In your Apple account settings under Sign in with Apple, select Hafory and choose to stop using it. This does not by itself delete your Hafory account or inventory. If Apple is your only sign-in method, contact support@hafory.lt before disconnecting.
