Hafory lets you maintain a personal inventory, upload documents and photos, review AI proposals, and organize locations, warranties and reminders. Feature availability can differ between web and mobile. The service does not replace insurance, legal advice or a seller’s warranty.
2. Account security
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods and report unauthorized use. Use only your own account or an account you are authorized to manage. Do not access other users’ data or bypass security controls.
3. Your content
Your uploaded content remains yours. You permit its storage and processing only as needed for the service functions you select. Upload only documents and images you may lawfully use. Illegal content, malicious files and disruptive operations are prohibited.
4. Accuracy
AI can make mistakes. Check names, prices, dates and other fields against the original before saving. Verify warranty terms against the seller’s documentation. Reminders are a convenience; track important deadlines independently and keep original documents.
5. Changes and availability
Maintenance or failures can temporarily interrupt the service. We will communicate material changes to the service or terms appropriately. Any paid features will have their prices and payment conditions disclosed before ordering.
6. Ending use and liability
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Access may be restricted to address abuse or comply with law. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Send questions and complaints to the email on our contact page.
